Programa de Governação e SIDA (GAP) da Idasa visa fortalecer a boa governação para combater os efeitos do VIH/SIDA, ao instituir a advocacia baseada em evidências, e promover o reforço das capacidade e a cidadania activa, tendo como alvo as Organizações Intergovernamentais (OIG) e respectivos actores não governamentais regionais.
