Development Aid

The Advisory Group on Civil Society and Aid Effectiveness of the international donor community has sought to facilitate an inclusive process that aims to clarify the roles of civil society in relation to the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness.

Idasa hosted a National South African Workshop on Civil Society and Aid Effectiveness in April 2008, and participated in the CSO Parallel Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Accra, Ghana, in August/September 2008.

For more on the Ghana CSO Parallel Forum, see the following website: http://www.betteraid.org
