Accountability (ANSA)
The Affiliated Network for Social Accountability (ANSA)-Africa connects the expertise and enthusiasm of social accountability partners and stakeholders across an entire continent. ANSA’s network incorporates different projects to help Africans connect with their governments.
Specifically, the network aims to:
- Develop cross-country collaboration on social accountability
- Provide technical assistance to enhance social accountability
- Share country experiences and lessons from social accountability
- Link African civil society and community groups across the continent as implementation partners
ANSA works in the following ways:
- Providing technical and leveraged financial assistance for social accountability initiatives
- Promote Capacity development through training and skills building
- Undertake research on social accountability tools

African Charter on Democracy
The African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance was adopted by the African Union in January 2007. Electricity Governance
