Ways to enhance Strategic Cooperation among Non-state Actors in Angola

One of the important challenges in Angola has been the good governance of the growing revenues from the petroleum industry. If Angola is now fresh 'in peace' it is not yet 'fully at peace', given the fact the majority of Angola's population still do not have an equitable share in the countries' growing prosperity.

The purpose and scope of the present assignment, commissioned by the Norwegian Embassy in Luanda, seeks to examine what are the opportunities and constraints civil society faces in monitoring good governance, how a more shared and coordinated strategic vision among all non-state actors in this field can help develop better synergies and enhance intervention strategies.
